The Swagman Trailhead 3 Bike Rack # S63365 does have an anti-rattle device that can work when used in a 2 inch or 1-1/4 inch trailer hitch.
When used in a Class I hitch like the # 24831 I can't recommend you ever use more than 2 bikes. Doing so would void the warranty. This is a great rack at a great price so I would recommend it for you.

There is some trimming required on the 2010 Infiniti G37 coupe to install Curt trailer hitch # C11493. There is an area approximately 1-3/4 inches by 2 inches that will need to be trimmed off the bumper fascia. I have an option that does allow you to carry a bike rack with your 2009 Infinity G37, but since your vehicle is a convertible there are no trunk racks that will fit.

I spoke with my contact at Curt. There have been only 2 or 3 cases where customers with the same vehicle have found that the plate in question is welded on. Infiniti seems to have welded only some models but not all.
The solution that other customers have come up with is to use a pry bar to push that panel back and forth to break the welds.

Two 3/4 inch holes will need to be drilled in the bumper cover to access the bolts in the fascia support. These holes will be hidden by the license plate.

You should note that a towing setup is only as strong as its weakest component. While the hitch is rated for 2,000 lbs of trailer weight you can't tow more than 1,000 lbs since your vehicle has that rating.
