From my research the 2013 Infiniti JX35 has the options of a complete roof rack or a roof that has small flush rails along each side of the roof, which is what it sounds like you have. All of the roof racks we carry for your roof style use clamps to the sides of the roof.

The nice thing about the Curt Class III you mentioned, part # C13126 is that the entire hitch with the exception of the receiver opening is concealed behind the vehicle bumper. The Tekonsha T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118670 that you recently installed is actually not a fit for your 2013 Infiniti JX35. The harness will physically install just fine, as you found, but the JX35 is missing an additional factory jumper harness that is needed to activate the turn and stop light signals. Instead you'd have to start with a 4-way like # C56190KIT which you'd then need to convert to a 7-way with the part # 37185. Unless plan was to install a brake controller too like the Brake EVN # TK63VR which you'd need the adapter part # ETBC7.
