You will only need a few parts to flat tow your Enclave. First you will need a base plate kit made custom for your towed vehicle. The Roadmaster # 523149-1 would be a good choice.
Next you will need a tow bar. I recommend the Roadmaster # RM-522 “Falcon” All Terrain and Non-Binding tow bar rated for 6000 pounds. A non-binding tow bar will let you easily disconnect your tow bar even if your coach and towed vehicle is not on level ground or at a difficult angle.

I am assuming that you have the 2022 Buick Encore GX Preferred AWD, that is the only version of the 2022 Encore that can be flat towed using a baseplate kit and tow bar. If that is indeed what you have, then we do have what you need.
- Base Plate Kit: Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit # RM32FR
- Tow Bar: Roadmaster Nighthawk All Terrain, Non-Binding Tow Bar # RM-676
You will also need additional products to flat tow, I have listed them for you below.

For your 2020 Buick Enclave I recommend the CIPA Universal Towing Mirrors # 7070-2. As these are universal fit you will be able to attach them to the mirrors on your Enclave. I have linked an installation video below that shows them being installed on a 2019 Chevrolet Blazer that has very similar mirrors to the ones on your Enclave. view full answer...
There is not a replacement rectangular piece of metal that holds the wheel in place for your bumper-mounted spare tire carrier. There is nothing I am aware of that can be used as some sort of alternative, the only option that I know will work is to replace the carrier with the Ultra-Fab Folding Spare Tire Carrier # UF15-954730 or Bumper Mounted Tire Carrier - U-Bolt Mount # TR-1. view full answer...
Valterra ABS water tanks like the # R8024 are baffled every 18" for surge control and made from lightweight ABS plastic, so they're just not designed to handle to additional pressure that is created from an electric water pump sucking the water out of the tank; the # R8024 will only have a single baffle. Using an electric water pump would void the manufacturer's warranty in the event of any malfunction, but you can use this on a hand primed water system.

When installing a bike rack, bumper clearance is important. Two important measurements are hitch pin hole on receiver to end of bumper and hitch pin hole on the bike rack to the closest point of the rack. For bumper clearance, when we installed this on a 2009 Buick LaCrosse, the distance from the hitch pin hole to the end of the bumper was 6" with the Draw-Tite # 36374. I attached a picture for your reference.
As for ground clearance, the measurement from the top of the receiver to the... view full answer...
The picture for the Replacement Hardware Kit, part # RHK, is a typical photo. This means the picture is not the exact parts you will get with the kit you will need, it is just a photo of typical hitch mounting hardware.
When you order your # RHK hardware kit, you will need to put in the part number of your hitch and the manufacturer of your hitch. With that information we will send you the same hardware that you would have received when you would have initially purchased that particular... view full answer...
The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # CU29FR is confirmed to fit your 2023 Buick Enclave. Yes, the hitch will replace the existing bumper beam on your vehicle. Once installed, it will be completely hidden when your removeable hitch panel is in place. This features a bolt-on installation and comes with a lifetime warranty.
If you plan on towing, you will also need the # 118761 for wiring. This has a simple, plug-in installation and will allow you to power a trailer's signal lights. For a ball... view full answer...
I understand the confusion Bob, but rest assured the Blue Ox Base Plate # BX1518 is the Blue Ox part number BX1519. We aren't always able to use the same part numbers from every manufacturer and what most likely happened with this particular part was a rolling update which Blue Ox changed their part number but we kept the part under the old number to keep the images and videos we have visible for everyone. When this occurs it is because the change is so small its virtually unnoticeable. view full answer...
Hey Brad, that is a good question. The Roadmaster Battery Disconnect # RM-766 attaches to the positive battery post because that is what the polarity of the solenoid is designed for. This also allows for a positive current source for accessories such as a breakaway switch or stop light switch.
If you were to disconnect the battery without using a Roadmaster Battery Disconnect, you would just pull the negative cable off like it says in your manual. With the # RM-766 though it will connect... view full answer...
Rather than disconnecting the battery by removing the ground connection I recommend installing the Roadmaster Battery Disconnect # RM-766 on your 2023 Buick Encore GX. This will allow you to Run a 12 Volt Outlet # RM-9332 for your Blue Ox Patriot # BLU37TR which connects to the power side of the battery disconnect. This way when you press the button on your dash to disconnect the battery this outlet still has power for the braking system.
Be sure to also install the Charge Line Kit #... view full answer...
Thank you for the picture of your crossbars. The interior width of the Thule SUP and Surfboard Pads # TH846000 you referenced are 11 1/4" with the pad opened. They fit most aero, elliptical and factory cross bars.
These give you 2 more inches than compared to your current ones, and by the looks of your cross bars these will work great. I also included a photo a short review video for you to check out. view full answer...
The Thule EasyFold XT part # TH903202 can fit 1-1/4 inch and 2 inch hitch sizes so yes it would work great in a 1-1/4 inch hitch of a 2019 Buick Encore like the Curt part # C11527. We haven't had any customers come back who have installed it on an Encore but the Encore is a very standard smaller SUV like we've personally had the chance to install the rack on and we found that it fit really well. I attached a couple review videos that show it installed on a couple SUVs for you to check out. view full answer...
In order to replace the bushing on your Sterling Tow Bar with a new Split Nylatron Bushing # RM-200029-00 you'll need to remove the 3/4" lock nut to remove the knuckle and slide the shaft out. From there you'll use a flat head screwdriver and needle-nose pliers to remove the old bushing. The new bushing can then be slid in and the shaft replaced working backwards to reassemble the tow bar. view full answer...
We have a very easy to install trailer wiring kit for your 2015 Buick Enclave that comes with needed relays and fuses to easily activate the tow package wiring of the vehicle with the Tekonsha kit part # 118270 for a 4-way or part # 118271 for a 7-way.
This easily plugs into a connector that's found at the rear of your vehicle. view full answer...
Does our Allegro have trailer wiring already present at the rear of the vehicle? Like with a 7-way connector? If so the circuits are already combined regardless of what you see on the vehicle taillights. If you plan to use a diode kit or bulb and socket tow bar lighting solution you will need a brake light relay like # RM-88400 when using the brake system you mentioned so that the brake lights won't override the blinkers.
It's a toss up on which is easier to use between the Roadmaster... view full answer...
The Hollywood Racks Destination 4 Bike Platform Rack - 2" Hitches - Frame Mount # HR4000 is has the closest part of rack to the bumper at 6 inches from the center of the hitch pin hole on your receiver when folded for storage. If you have a hitch like the Curt # 13424 this will provide enough clearance so you won't have any issue.
I've attached a couple videos to assist. If you have a different hitch, you simply need to measure from the hitch pin hole of your receiver to the outside... view full answer...
