For your toughest pulling demands, this single-speed winch is long-lasting and corrosion resistant. Solid drum-gear construction prevents corrosion between the drum and gear. Includes a 12' strap. 900-lb Capacity.

  • Z-Max 600 finish provides increased corrosion resistance

Specs:

  • Drum storage:
    • 36' x 1/4" Cable
    • 12' x 2" Strap (included)
  • Capacity: 900 lbs
  • 5-Year limited warranty

Fulton single-speed winches feature efficient gear ratios, full-length drum bearings, oil-impregnated shaft bushings and "Comfort Grip" handles. High-carbon steel gears are strong and long-lasting, and stamped carbon steel frames ensure rigidity for gear alignment and a long cycle life.

This winch features solid drum-gear construction, which means that the drum and the gear are 1 single piece. Unlike other winches that have a drum and gear that are riveted together, which leaves space in between, this winch's solid construction ensures there are no spaces that water or debris can get into. Because water can't get in, there is no risk of damaging corrosion between the drum and gear, ensuring years of worry-free operation.

Works well used it for a year now for my pwc.

I was looking for a direct replacement for my Fulton T 903 boat winch. You told me that this winch was it. Not so. I had to modify the mounting system to make it work. Not happy that I got the wrong winch.from you.

Sorry it didnt work the way you wanted it to David. This is the replacement model though. It is highly possible the manufacturer had a design change. If on the odd chance you got the actual wrong part that would be a different story. Double check the part numbers on the winch and get back to us if it is the wrong part.

by:

The usual good Fulton quality and very fast shipping by Etrailer. This winch is a little low on maximum lbs rating at 900 lbs, but I knew that before ordering. All I really needed was the wide offset handle, not sold separately. I'll use the offset handle and the 12 foot winch strap on my present 1400 lb Fulton winch, and keep the bare 900 lb unit for use on a future project.

Offset winch handle is just what I needed and a new winch strap is always a good thing. Still keeping the 900 lb winch as a backup.

by:

Just installed. Seems to be durable, higher quality than stock part on trailer. It just fit existing holes for bolts. Would be helpful to have measurements or diagramming in descriptive info. Though able to go by other commentary that was helpful.

by:

Looks like a solid winch but was missing handle and bolt pattern does not line up with current set up.

by:

Good quality, good price. A bit tough to mount do to all holes directly under the roller. But makes for a much more compact mount then the one it replaced.
I would buy again.

by:

Great product for the price. Ease of installation quick delivery a plus. Thanks

by:

Shipped without handle but customer service quickly sent one out. Thank you

by:

Excellent as things always are at etrailer. Great value.

by:

very happy with it. The winch runs very smooth and is easy to use. little effort to pull my 12 foot boat out of the water. Easy to install.

by:

Good solid quality. Install was straight forward. only concern is that the little spring on the ratcheting mechanism looks light. If it becomes a problem, I will let you know.

by:

Great service. User friendly purchasing. Items arrived
just as ordered in perfect condition.

by:

Great service. The winch was in stock and shipped the same day. I highly recommend this company.

by:

  • All Parts Needed To Add A Winch To A Kayak Trailer
I included a winch that will be very comparable to what comes on the CE Smith Multi Sport Plus Boat and Kayak Trailer # CE48870, but we do not have that exact model. I should also mention that there is no hardware included in this list, but everything else is. • What Winches do you Recommend for my Jet Ski Trailer
In your situation I really like the Fulton Single Speed Trailer Winch part # F142007. While it does not have a handle that switches from side to side it is not common to find that. This will give you all of the power you need and the way they are positioned you will get easy access to the handle to ratchet your jet skis on to the trailer.

  • How To Convert a Boat Trailer from Center Rollers to Bunk Rollers
Yes, it is possible to switch from center rollers to bunk rollers on a boat trailer. For this, you will first need to remove the center rollers and then you can install a set of bunk rollers, part # CE27710 along with part # CE10000G-4 to support the hull. Then, in order to support both the port and starboard sides you can use part # CE27600. I have attached a photo of a similar setup with bunk boards instead of bunk rollers for the hull. In addition to the above you will also need to...

  • Differences Between 900LB and 1,300LB Fulton Single Speed Winches
Currently we only have the 900LB # F142007 with the strap. It is smaller than the 1,300LB # F142104 winch with a smaller handle length and drum size. As far as operating the winch they are very similar with a similar handle and switch being in the same position.

  • How to Add Axle to Boat Trailer to Prevent Trailer Sinking Into Wet Sand
I understand what you're looking to do and it certainly could be possible to add another axle (and hubs, wheels and tires) that does not have a set of leaf springs suspending it to better distribute the loaded trailer's weight on that sandy beach surface. To get you started I linked our main axle page which displays both regular beam axles like # CE33201GA-HUB as well as the Timbren axle-less suspension kits like # A12WS545 which bolt right on to the trailer's frame. These kits can be...

  • Recommended Winch for Zieman Jetski Trailer
The Zieman website does not indicate any specifics about suggested winches for its watercraft trailers but winch mounts are supplied. To determine the winch that will suit your personal watercraft you can review the linked article on winches. Typically a single-speed winch will have more than enough capacity for a jetski. You'll want to confirm the weight of your watercraft and with that review the article to determine how much capacity you'll need. We generally recommend selecting a...

  • Minimum Mounting Bolt Distance Compatible with Fulton and TowSmart Single Speed WInches
I did some research into the different single speed winches you referenced of # F142102, # F142007, and # 348776. The minimal mounting bolt distance (center on center) that work with all 3 of these is 2-1/4 inches and you will want to use 3/8 inch grade 5 bolts.

For an economical brake winch that should work well on your pop up camper trailer as long as it would fit in the boxed area of your trailer frame I would recommend the Fulton Hand Winch # F142007. This winch should work well as a replacement for your trailer, I attached a review video for you to check out. • Purpose of Extra Loop on Winch Strap Used on Fulton Single Speed F142007 Hand Winch
The extra loop is referred to as a hand saver loop. It simply provides a safer place to grab the end of the strap for when you're pulling out slack from the winch drum. The snap hooks can get torn up a little, and could be rough on your fingers if you were using the hook pull a length of strap off the winch drum. It's a nice feature to have, as I've personally shredded my fingers on the hooks before.

To replace your old Fulton 594 winch I recommend using the Fulton High-Performance 2-Speed Trailer Winch for Strap or Wire Rope - Zinc - 2,000 lbs # F142401, which is a bit of an upgrade since it's a 2 speed winch that allows for easier pulling. This winch could be used with a wire rope or a polyester strap, so it's also versatile.
