Tips for Replacing and Installing Trailer Fenders
- Do your best to match the dimensions of the new fender to your old one.
- If a fender was damaged during a blowout, use the opposite fender to get the dimensions.
- As with all trailer maintenance, don't forget to chock your wheels before getting started.
- For a bolt-on fender, use your existing mounting hardware, if possible.
- The old mounting bolts or screws might be stripped or rusted, in which case you'll need to tap them out and buy new hardware.
- If removing an old, welded-on fender, either carefully chisel it off yourself or take your trailer to a weld shop to have the fender professionally removed.
- Don't forget to prime and paint the new fender to keep it from rusting (and to match your trailer's finish).
- Before you start drilling, position the fender where you need it and center it over your wheel well.
- Mark where you need to drill (measure twice, drill once).
- Don't tighten down the mounting hardware completely until you're sure the fender is mounted correctly.

I ordered the fenders on Monday and they gave me a delivery date of Wednesday. I thought that was quick until they came today, which is Tuesday. Exceeded my expectations. Recently bought a Storm trailer only to find out they went out of business. During my travels I busted the driver side fender and couldn't find one in stock locally anywhere. Hopped on etrailer.com and found exactly what I needed for half the price local stores were offering for the "Wrong" fender. I wasn't in an extreme hurry so I opted for ground shipping (5-7 days) and after shortly after confirming my order I received an email saying they had already processed my order and upgraded me to express shipping (3-7 days). Then out of nowhere a UPS truck pulls up to my house the following day with my fender in hand.

This fender was all it was advertised as, a quality part, well packaged and delivered very speedily.
I have not had time to install the brake controller but it too was well packaged and shipped promptly. It will just fit into the space that was formerly occupied by indicator panel that is no longer in the dash of my pickup.

It took forever to get the parts I had ordered. And after speaking with someone to ensure the parts would match, I still received spindles and hubs that would not fit. I tried to call and email and got no response.

I ordered for my trailer because I put new tires and wheels on my trailer that are larger than the fenders on the trailer presently. These fenders were great although I had to cut down some to make it work sijnce they were longer than I needed. These fenders worked great and now my trailer looks good and the size is perfect.

Nice steel unfinished fender to replace an aluminum fender ripped off my trailer by a tire tread thrown off a tire. As received, light surface rust in a couple of spots, expected on unfinished steel. Well packaged, quick handling and shipment. I also ordered a pair of brackets CE26098G-2, which are very heavy galvanized steel and Classic Accessories tire covers 052963762303, which appear to be very nice vinyl with a three year warranty. There was an issue with my credit card on the order page, quickly taken care of by Amanda in customer service. Now, if someone would just paint and mount the fender, all would be good.

If you measured the width of the fender including the radius lip portion of the fender it is 10 inches wide everywhere. It is not narrower at the top. Both the fenders and the brake controller have worked out well. The brakes work exceptionally smooth and I am quite pleased.
