  You are correct that the adapter we offer for tow bars with the most rise is 10 inches. That is the Blue Ox High-Low Adapter, part # BX88132. When flat towing you need to keep the tow bar as level as you can with a tolerance of 3 inches. Since you said you have 14 to 15 inches of difference we do not have a high-low adapter that would keep you within the 3 inches.
