Today we will be reviewing and installing the boat buckle G2 retractable ratcheting gunwale tie down straps. Part number IMF14221. Press the release button, release it, lift it up to lock it in place. When you're ready to get your boat strapped on, press the release button, bring up the strap hooking it over the top of the gunwale, lift up again to lock that release, and ratchet it down.
