For your 2010 Toyota Tacoma and hitch, # 13323, the hitch comes with everything you need to install it. Depending on what you want to tow or carry there are some basic accessories that you will need. A draw bar is a good idea if you plan on towing a trailer that has a coupler. Ball Mount, # C45010 will fit in the recommended hitch. Use with hitch ball, # 19247. I also recommend a locking hitch pin, which will deter theft, like the Trailer Hitch Receiver Lock, # e98880.
You will also need wiring. I recommend the Tow Ready Custom Fit Vehicle Wiring, # 118496, for trailer lights. I have included a helpful link on trailer wiring below. Near the end it has a section on how to wire your truck to pull a trailer.
Last I recommend a brake controller if you ever tow anything with electric brakes. One of our best-selling is the Tekonsha P2, # 90885. To complete installation, you will need Brake Controller 7 and 4 Way Installation Kit, # ETBC7, (if you have factory 7-way wiring, you will not need ETBC7). I have included an FAQ on brake controller wiring.
