There isn't a plug and play option available for the 2001 Buick LeSabre, most likely due to the age of the vehicle and the fact that it's not frequently used to tow. However, there is an available hardwire option.

You can use part # C59496, which would wire directly into the wiring harness that feeds your taillights. The best place to tap into your taillight wiring is directly behind the taillight assemblies. Use the included tester to probe the wires feeding the taillights. Have a helper activate the left turn signal, and probe the wires until you find the circuit that makes the tester blink. When you find that circuit, use the included quick splice connector to tap the yellow wire from the converter into it. Turn on the running lights, and probe the wires until you locate the correct wire, and tap the brown wire into it. Do the same to locate the right turn, tap the green wire into that wire. Ground the white wire to the vehicle chassis. If your vehicle has amber lenses on the turn signals, probe the wires until you find the wire that shows voltage only when the brake pedal is pressed. Tap the red wire into that circuit. If your vehicle does not have amber turn signal lenses, ground the red wire with the white wire.

The black wire would run to the positive battery terminal, using the length of black wire provided and the yellow fuse holder. I'll link you to a FAQ article that shows a few methods of doing this.
