It might be possible to carry the Yakima Skybox 21 # Y07337 on the roof of your 2014 Ram, but you'll need to take into account the weight bearing limitations of the roof rack and the vehicle roof itself.

The box itself, minus the shipping box weighs about 62 lbs. The Yakima roof rack that would consist of the following parts: Crossbars, part # Y00410, BaseClips # Y06135 (need two sets), RoundBar adapters # Y03536, and BaseLine towers # Y28TR would only have a 100 lb weight capacity. This only leaves 38 lbs available for cargo, which wouldn't be much.

I'd recommend you go with a roof rack with a higher capacity and a slightly smaller box. You can assemble a rack from Rhino Rack that consists of the aero-style crossbars part # RRVA150B-2, the Leg Kit, part # RRRLKVA and the vehicle specific clamp kit, part # DK043. The rack has a 165 lb capacity, but you'll want to check with your owner's manual or with Ram to identify the capacity of your vehicle roof. If the roof capacity is lower than the 165 lb roof rack capacity, you'll need to abide by the lower capacity.

For a box, I'd recommend the Skybox 18, part # Y07336 which weighs about 52 lbs. Assuming that the vehicle roof capacity lets you take advantage of the entire 165 lb roof rack capacity, once the weight of the box was subtracted, you'd have about 110 lbs of capacity in the roof box.

I've linked you to some articles with more info about roof racks and cargo boxes. I hope you'll find them helpful.
