Best Trailer Hitch Option for 2008 Honda Pilot That Doesnt Involve Trimming Bumper Fascia
Question:
i have 2008 honda pilot .i want to install the curt receiver hitch because of the extra bumper support but i do not want to do any facia trimming will it work on my model.without any modifing thanks

When we installed the Curt # 13328 on a 2008 Honda Pilot, we didn't need to trim the bumper fascia, as shown in the video I've linked you to. If your bumper fascia is the same as shown in the video, you shouldn't need to trim anything.
The Draw-Tite # 75599 has the same towing and tongue weight capacities, so it's just as strong and would work just as well as the Curt model. The Draw Tite model makes no mention whatsoever of the need for trimming the bumper fascia, which is why it would be my choice.
If you'll be towing with your hitch, you might also need the following to complete your towing system.
Ball mount, part # D-4
Hitch Pin and Clip, # PC3
Trailer Wiring Harness # 118336
2 inch trailer ball, part # 63845
1-7/8 inch trailer ball, part # 19260
