The Roadmaster base plates, part # RM-521448-5, is a confirmed fit for the 2015 Jeep Wrangler provided it does not have an aftermarket bumper, winch, or guard. I spoke with my contact at Roadmaster and he said it will fit the Sport 4-door models.
In addition to base plates you will need a tow bar, safety cables, lighting, and supplemental braking.
The most popular tow bar for the Roadmaster base plates is the Falcon 2 tow bar, part # RM-520. For safety cables use part # RM-643.
For lighting you have a few options. If you do not plan to tow the Jeep often a magnetic kit, part # RM-2120, is the way to go. If you will tow it often a more permanent option is the Hopkins Tail Light Wiring Kit, part # HM56200. I have included a link to the installation instructions, an installation video and a FAQ article on choosing the correct tow bar wiring kit.
Most states now require a supplemental braking system on a vehicle being flat towed. The easiest system to set up and use is the Even Brake proportional system, part # RM-9400, that applies the vehicle brakes in proportion to how much the tow vehicle is braking. This is the safest way to stop and it reduces wear and tear on both vehicles.
