Is there a install video for the 2013 Yaris?

We have indeed installed the Roadmaster # 521181-5 base plates on a 2013 Toyota Yaris. I've linked you to the install video.
In addition to the base plates, you'll also need a tow bar, safety cables, a wiring solution and a supplemental braking system.
For a Tow bar, I'd recommend the Roadmaster Falcon 2, part # RM520. The Falcon 2 features automatic-locking arms that make hooking up to the RV easy, you don't need to have the car lined up perfectly, simply connect it and the arms will lock into place as you drive off. The # RM-643 are the safety cables I recommend. To wire the Yaris to the RV so that their taillights operate in tandem, the simplest and least expensive solution is to use a magnetic tow light kit like part # RM-2120. A system like this won't require tapping or splicing into the wiring of the towed vehicle. The Blue Ox Patriot braking system, part # BRK2012 would be an excellent choice. The system simply drops into the vehicle and installs on the floorboard directly in front of the driver's seat. The actuating arm would lock onto the brake pedal, and would apply the brake when the RVs brakes are applied.
I'll link you to some flat towing help articles that I hope you'll find useful.
