Hi are there any solutions to haul 4 kayaks on a honda odyssey and/or subaru outback?

The Thule The Stacker # TH830 that you referenced is designed to carry up to 4 kayaks at once. So as long as you have a roof rack on your Honda Odyssey and/or Subaru Outback that has the weight capacity for the weight of your 4 kayaks this carrier should work well for you as this carrier is designed to fit nearly all cross bar shapes.
