Availability of Replacement Inner Leg for RBW Landing Gear

Question:

I have a 94 Terry with RBW landing gear, LG-12. The Acme nut is stripped, and it appears that there is something that keeps the screw from coming out of the nut. I would like to buy a replacement inner leg, but have found none anywhere. Do you have any suggestions about how I might go about fixing it short of purchasing new landing gear? Thanks.

Expert Reply:

RBW landing gear were originally manufactured by AL-KO. Unfortunately replacement parts for these landing gear are no longer produced or available from etrailer.

For a replacement set, which you will need unless you can find another source for an inner leg, the Ultra-Fab unit you referenced, part # UF17-943010, is an excellent choice. This dual-motor unit allows for easy leveling of your Terry and offers 38-inches of travel along with its 12,000-lb rating. The written instructions for this set are linked for your reference.
