Installation Procedure for Curt Class I Hitch # C11705 in 1991 Chevrolet Corvette
Question:
Your unit #C11507 for a 1991 Corvette, does that have a 1inch slide in or a 2inch slide in? Also is there any cutting or grinding required to install or is it a direct bolt-on? Thanks

The Curt Class I Hitch # C11705 that fits your 1991 Chevrolet Corvette will not require any grinding or cutting but you will need to use a drill to enlarge some of the holes in the Corvette's frame. Basic hand tools are required and you will also need a torque wrench to secure the supplied fasteners to the appropriate specs as noted in the instructions which I have attached for your reference.
This light-duty Class I hitch has a tongue weight capacity of 200-lbs. If used with a bike rack you can carry up to 2 bikes maximum. For bike racks or any other non-trailer load such as a cargo carrier you also need need to use the Curt Stabilzing Strap # 18050.
I have linked two helpful articles on hitch installation that will give you useful guidance for your installation.
