We have fitted trailer wiring harnesses on the 2nd Generation Lexus RX 350. Assuming the 3rd Generation Lexus 350 is similar, you will have to remove several interior panels in the rear storage compartment to access the vehicle’s taillight wiring harness connector. See the diagram I made which shows the vehicle’s taillight wiring harness connector's location, and the linked video on how to remove the panels.

You will then plug in the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118478. This will give you a 4-pole flat trailer connector at the back of your Lexus. This is the basic hookup of the three lighting functions (running, turn, and brake lights) plus one pin for a ground wire. I have included a FAQ on trailer wiring for you to check out.

If you need a seven way for electric brakes, a 12 volt "hot" lead, and backup lights you will need a brake controller and a universal 4 -to-7 way kit. I recommend going with the the Tekonsha P3 brake controller # 90195 and wiring kit # ETBC7. I have included installation instructions for their parts and a video review of this brake controller and its installation on a Toyota Highlander for you. This installation is on a different vehicle but can be used as a guide when installing the wiring on your vehicle.
