How to Mount a Bike to the Curt Cargo Basket # C18115

Hi, how can a bicycle mount to the Curt roof basket? Does Yakima Boa work with the Curt basket? Do extra cross bars work with the Curt basket to attach Thule Bike rails? Thanks

There are no bike rack attachments that were designed to fit the Curt Cargo Basket, # C18115, but if you use a bike rack like the RockyMounts TieRod Bike Rack, # RKY1012, then you can attach the head of the bike rack to the square bar and the rear crossbar mount can secure to the back rail of the cargo basket.

Unfortunately the Yakima Boa will not fit around the round tubing of the Curt cargo basket. Curt's tubing is too small for the Boa to maintain a strong grip.
