Trailer Hazard Fuse Keeps Blowing on 2013 Honda Odyssey Using Trailer Wiring Harness 118251
Question:
I installed part #118251. All is good except, the Trailer Hazard fuse 7.5 keeps blowing. Thanks!

There could be a short on the trailer that is causing the fuse on your 2013 Honda Odyssey to keep blowing.
You will want to inspect the trailer wiring and look for any pinched or sandwiched wires, frayed wires touching bare metal, or corrosion at connection points and fix as needed.
If the fuse is blowing without the trailer connected then there may be a bent or broken pin on the wiring harness connectors or where it plugs into the van. A bent or broken pin on the harness would mean that the whole harness would have to be replaced. But if it is on the vehicle side then you would need to have the dealer replace or repair the part.
