The Tow Ready 4-Pole Trailer Wiring Harness # 119190KIT is a specified fit for your 2011 Mercedes-Benz GLK350 with multiplex wiring. This kit includes a circuit tester to simplify the process of identifying the correct wires on your GLK350 to connect to the module. All necessary connectors are included along with the required fuse and fuse holder.
For reference I have linked both the written instructions and an installation video showing use of this item in another vehicle. I also included an article that covers how to route the power wire.
Once installed this product will protect your GLK350's wiring from shorts and overload and will also reset itself automatically.
To protect the 4-pole connector I suggest mounting bracket # 18144 and to protect the integrity of the electrical connections with your trailer I suggest dielectric grease like # 11755.
