Brake Controller Install Port Location on a 2014 Ford Explorer
Question:
CANT FIND WIRE HARNESS IN 2014 FORD EXPLORER WITH FACTORY 7 PIN

Expert Reply:
On your 2014 Ford Explorer, the brake controller port is located by the steering column. The # 3035-P harness would plug right into this and your brake controller would only need to be mounted and it would be ready to go. It can also be located behind the hood release handle.
For a brake controller I would recommend the Prodigy P2 Brake Controller part # 90885. This is our best selling brake controller because of how well it works and how easy it is to setup.
