Does the CE Smith Winch Stand have a Capacity

What is the weight limit for this boat winch mounting post? I ordered this with a 1000 lb capacity winch. Im loading a 16 foot raft with rowing frame and accessories. Max weight might be 500 pounds.

The CE Smith winch stand, # CE31013G, does not have a listed capacity. The stand is made of 12 gauge steel so 500 pounds of weight would not be a problem for it.
