One Air Bag on 2014 Ford F-150 Needs More Air than Other Air Bag to Level the Truck
Question:
I installed the ride right 2525 system on a brand new 2014 f150, and when I put the recommended 5-10 PSI for regular traveling I have a 1 inch height difference from right to left. I was on a level concrete slab and even put the a 4 foot level on it to confirm. I measured from the ground through the middle of the rim to the bottom of the wheel wall. in the instructions it mentions to check for the max variation allowed, but I can not find those specifications. The only way to level it out is to put 30 PSI in the right side airbag and 10 PSI in the left air bag.

It is not uncommon to require different amounts of air on each side of a vehicle using a Firestone Ride-Rite kit or similar kit. If the vehicle sat level side to side before the installation of the air bags then it is likely that one of the upper brackets on one side is at a different height than the other one.
I tried to find where in the instructions in mentions to check for the max variation allowed but could not find it. If you can look through the linked instructions and tell me where it is I can determine if having 30 and 10 psi, respectively, is within the allowable range.
