The only way to know for sure which seal you need is to measure the inner diameter with a set of dial or digital caliper. The issue is, which you may have already determined, is that the inner and outer bearing numbers that you have are associated with hubs that will either take seal # RG06-070 with inner diameter of 2.25 inches or seal # RG06-090 which has a 2.125 inch inner diameter.

You can also measure the spindle where the seal goes using the calipers. measuring the spindle will actually be more accurate since the seal material can flex and throw off the measurement.

The numbers on the seal I think are measurements in millimeters. the 85.6 would be 3.37 inches which is the outer diameter of both seals. But it gets more confusing because if you converter the inches to millimeters you end up in between 2.125 and 2.25 inches. Measuring with the calipers is the way to go.
