2-Bike Carrier Recommendation for 2011 Mini Cooper Hard Top

Hi I need a 2 bike rack for my car. I have a 2011 mini cooper hardtop. Although all your reviews are great I need to make sure I can install this with ease. I am a girl and I need the rack that would be easiest for me to install. Thank you.
