Yes you can, I spoke with my contact at Curt and he informed me that the Replacement Rail Pins and Clips part # C16902 that you referenced will work on a Reese fifth wheel hitch.
These have a diameter of 1/2 inch and are 3-1/4 inches long just like the Reese Replacement Pins and Clips part # 6014.
