Cory in order to find the correct leaf springs for your Pioneer BH720 you're going to need to measure the spring width, the center to center eye measurement, as well as the spring seat center to spring seat center. Dexter 4,000 lb axle leaf springs like the part #e48SR for 26 inches long or part #e57SR for 25-1/4 inch would work great with a 3,500 lb axle. There would be no issue with 1,700 lbs of weight either.
