Question:

I have a tandem 3500 lb axel trailer. The load equalizers are 7 3/4 “ hole to hole The shackles are 3 1/8” hole to hole. Hanger spacing is 29.5” on center. Springs are 23 1/2” center to center. I want to replace all of that. Thanks

I would be happy to help you find replacements for your tandem axle trailer's 3,500 lbs axles. The Suspension Kit for Tandem-Axle Trailers - 1-3/4" Wide Double Eye Springs - 3-1/8" Links item # e99ZR you were looking at would work perfectly with the dimensions you have provided. The kit includes equalizers and hardware for attaching four leaf springs to the hangers on your trailer's frame. This kit works with 33" axle spacing.

For your springs I recommend the 3-Leaf Double-Eye Spring for 3,500-lb Trailer Axles item # e59SR. As your springs get older they tend to stretch out more. These springs are 23 1/8" long but are rated for 3,500 lbs. None of our 23 1/2" springs are rated for 3,500 lbs. To confirm these will fit I recommend jacking your trailer up and getting all of the weight off of the axles and then measure your spring spacing.
