That is a Dexter 8-248 hub which the Dexter # 84545UC1-EZ you found is the best replacement.

The hub you want as a replacement for what you sent in a picture of is the Kodiak Trailer Idler Hub Assembly #Q-HUB84545 which is a galvanized hub for a 3,500 lb axle with a 5 on 4-1/2 inch bolt pattern.
