Reducer to Use 1-1/4 Inch Accessories with a 2 Inch Trailer Hitch

Can reduce from 2inch to 1 1/4 inch and can I purchase that here?

It sounds like you need a hitch reducer. There are a few options but if you want to maintain the tongue weight capacity of the trailer hitch then use a reducer sleeve, # HT02. This will allow you to use 1-1/4 inch accessories in a 2 inch trailer hitch. I have linked a video review of the reduce sleeve for you.
