We offer the Blue Ox Base Plates # BX2227 for the 2003 Honda Pilot. These will fit models with or without the brush guard and feature removable arms which will save wear and tear on your shins and keep your Pilot looking like its usual self when not being flat-towed. These base plates are compatible with the Acclaim tow bar # BX4330.
Two articles covering Blue Ox base plate and tow bars are linked for your reference.
I have also linked you to an article that covers all the basics of flat towing a vehicle, as well as the components required, which include base plates, tow bar, safety cables, wiring for lights and a supplemental braking system.
I suggest you refer to your Pilot owners manual for any special requirements/limitation regarding flat towing.
