Yes, you can! The Kenda 205/65-10 Bias Trailer Tire with 10" Galvanized Wheel item # AM3H490 or with a White Wheel item # AM3H480 are the best modern size replacement for 20.5x8.0-10 tires. They both fit a 5 on 4-1/2 lug pattern.
