Are Light & Vent of MaxxFan Dome Plus Roof Vent Run by Separate Switches

Are the fan and light controlled by the same switch so they both come on and go off at the same time, or by separate switches so the fan can run while the light is off, and vice versa? I am looking for a restroom vent fan with a light that they can be turned on and off independently of each other.

The light and vent are indeed controlled by separate switches for the MaxxFan Dome Plus Roof Vent. so you can turn the light on without turning the vent on, and vice-versa. This vent is available in both black and white:

- Black: MaxxFan Dome Plus Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan - LED Light # MA00-03810B

- White: MaxxFan Dome Plus Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan - LED Light # MA00-03810W

If you take a look at the cutout you can where the switches are on the vent.
