Hello Robert, we can definitely help set you up with a 7-pin plug and brake controller for your 2024 Toyota Tundra SR Without the tow package. You can use the ZCI Circuit Protected Vehicle Wiring Harness # 119250KIT along with the Universal Install Kit # ETBC7. This will include all of the components needed to wire the 7-way, including all of the necessary wires for a brake controller.
For the Brake controller I recommend the Redarc Tow-Pro Liberty # RED52VR. mainly because it is easy to use, and the controller will be completely hidden behind the dash. All you will see is the LED control knob, so it will look good inside your new truck.
I have linked a few install videos for your below.
