Towing Setup Recommendation for a 1995 Toyota Tacoma
Question:
What is the wiring kit to go on a 1995 Tacoma

Expert Reply:
As long as your 1995 Toyota Tacoma is considered later than a mid-year model the correct wiring harness for your vehicle would be the Curt Wiring Harness part # C55379. This harness will simply plug in line with your taillight wiring harnesses to install. I attached an install video for you to check out.
At this time we do not have any solutions for the 95 Rangers before mid-year models.
The Curt Hitch part # 13013 you referenced would be an excellent choice for a hitch for your vehicle as well. I attached an install video for this product as well.
To complete your towing setup you may also be interested in purchasing the etrailer Ball Mount Kit part # 989900. This comes with two ball mounts and a 2 inch and a 1-7/8 inch hitch ball.
