Expert Reply:

The Dexter BrakeRite Electric Over Hydraulic Actuator # DX82KR will need the adapter installed to be compatible with your 2007 Ford F-250 brake controller. The correct adapter is the Adapter Module for BrakeRite Electric Over Hydraulic Actuator # DX35FR.

Good morning Robin, my 2008 F350 owners manual states Ford TBC only been verified to be compatible with electric drum brakes. Not EOH. I have a 3 axle disk brake trailer with DX82KR actuator and an unidentifiable adapter. Iam getting trailer disconnect faults. will the DX35FR adaptor work on my 2008 ?

@William yes, the # DX35FR will let you control the Dexter BrakeRite with your factory brake controller.

@RobinH You don't currently have the DX35FR in stock. Will the T4845900 WORK ON MY 2008 ? It looks like it will plug right in my harness no splice necessary. And you have it in stock.

@William the # T4845900 is the same adapter module except it has the connections for the old Titan BrakeRite II. You would have to cut off that connector and still hardwire it in to make it work.
