At What Age Should Trailer Tires be Replaced
Question:
I am looking to replace the Goodyear Endurance tires on my White Hawk and informed that tires manufactured in 2022 are not too old to purchase because they have been stored properly. Will these tires be okay to purchase? Thank-you, C. Carignan

Hey Chuck. so trailer tires are normally good for between 4 and 6 years before they need to be replaced due to age. At this time a tire made in 2022 would be right at 2 years old so it would still have at least a few years of life left. I would think closer to 6 years since they haven't been outside where the sun breaks them down quicker.
