So I am going to start by warning you the owners manual for your 2020 Kia Niro Plug in Hybrid is very confusing as they don't specifically state any towing capacities but place a lot of emphasis on working with the parts manufacturer for towing capability. I would start by talking to your local dealer to also help with the input of what you are going to be able to tow.
Also there is not a receiver specific to your PHEV but I do know some have installed the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13329 but had to modify parts of plastic. I wish I could give you specific images or an installation video showing this but we do not have any. One review said they saw the steps needed on a Niro forum so you might check there.
For the wiring you are going to be looking at a combination of the Curt 4-Way # C56376 plugged into our 7-Way Kit # ETBC7 since most campers are going to have electric brakes which will require a Brake Controller # RED52VR.
For the safest towing experience you would want to use a weight distribution hitch like the Fastway e2 # FA92-00-0450. This helps to distribute the weight across your Niro rather than a typical Ball Mount # C45534.
