Roof Rack and Truck Bed Bike Carrier Options for 2004 Chevrolet Avalanche with Bare Roof

Question:

I have a 2004 Chevy Avalanche. It has no roof rack or rails. I am not sure if that was even an option? What roof rack Yakima or others do you recommend. I would like to carry canoes and bikes on occasion but they can go in the bed. Also do you have a bed rack for the Avalanche or bed top rack? For Bikes. Thanks

You have many options in roof racks for your 2004 Chevy Avalanche with bare roof including systems from Yakima, Thule and Rhino-Rack. You have a choice of basic round and square crossbar racks and also quieter aerodynamic types such as the Thule AeroBlade and Rhino-Rack Vortex Aero Crossbars. Among the more cost-effective options is the Rhino-Rack 2500 system with aero bars consisting of parts # RRVA137B-2, # RRRLKVA, and # DK227.
