We have Torklift StableLoad suspension enhancement kits that fit your 1997 Dodge Ram 3500 4x4 but the part number you mentioned does not fit your truck. The correct fit for your truck will be dependent on whether or not your truck has upper or lower overload springs currently. If you have upper overload springs the kit you'd want is the part # TLA7200 or if you have lower part # TLA7311S.
So you'll want to go out and look at the springs on your truck to determine what you have. If there's what looks like a smaller spring attached to the top of the spring pack you have an upper setup and vice versa if you see it attached to the bottom of it.
