Yes, there is so long as you don't have the Sport model. It is the EcoHitch Hidden Trailer Hitch item # 306-X7239. This hitch is custom fit for the 2019 Ford Fusion and bolts to it with included hardware. This class III hitch has a 3,500 lbs towing capacity and a 525 lbs maximum tongue weight. It will work great for towing a trailer or for using an accessory like a bike rack or cargo carrier.
I really like the EcoHitch item # 306-X7239 because the crosstube mounts entirely behind your rear bumper leaving only the 2" receiver visible. This not only looks better but helps with ground clearance.
If you are planning on towing you will also need a wiring harness item # C56351 and a ball mount kit item # C45534.
