What is the total shank length, including the distance from the center of the pin hole to the end?

I went out to our demo studios and took some key measurements of the Yakima RidgeBack # Y02458. First, from the center of the pin hole to the end of the shank it measures 1-1/2 inches.

The overall length of the shank is 8 inches, see picture.

And from the center of the hitch pin hole to the closest part of the upright mast is 12 inches, see picture.
