What is the operating temperature range for this fridge? My user manual states down to 50F but this e-trailer pages states: Climatesmart - fridge can withstand sub-zero temperatures and extreme heat So what does this really mean?

The Furrion Arctic RV Refrigerator w/ Freezer # FR42PJ has an operating temperature range of 50°F to 110°F. The comment about the Climatesmart has more to do with storage temperatures so it will not become damaged from freezing or extreme heat when the camper is being stored.
