A 6-Way flat trailer connector is not very common. To make sure we are talking about the same thing, a 6-Way flat would look just like a 4-Way flat, only with 2 additional pins.

Because a 6-Way flat is so uncommon I recommend replacing the connector on the trailer with a more common 6-Way such as # PK11604. Then on your 2010 Toyota Tundra you can replace the 4-Way with a matching 6-Way, # PK11609.

Or, even better, you can install a 4 to 7-Way adapter on the truck using # 37185 and replace the 6-Way flat on the trailer with a 7-Way RV style connector, # PK12706.

Since your truck already has a 4-Way, install # 37185 is the easier option. You will just need to plug the truck 4-Way into the adapter and ground the white wire to the truck frame. The other functions, black for 12 volt power, blue for electric brakes, and purple for reverse lights, do not have to be connected if you do not need them.

On the trailer side all you will have to do is cut off the connector and wire in the wires to the new connector # PK12706 by function following the diagrams in the link I have provided. Please note that the wire colors in the diagrams are typical but not standard. Make sure to wire the connector by function.
