If the AC unit in your new trailer isn't kicking back on after cycling then it's most likely a temperature probe issue or an communication issue with thermostat. You'll want to check with the manufacturer of the AC system to see where the probe/sensor is located first. They'll typically be installed up in the ceiling coming off of the controller, which can lead to incorrect readings since the air trapped in this location will typically be colder. Usually moving the sensor away from the condenser unit more leads to a better reading and will tell the system to kick on like it should. Other than that there isn't much you can really do besides replace the thermostat. With your trailer being so new you should have a warranty so I recommend reaching out to the trailer manufacturer/dealership you purchased it from to make sure the issues are handled before you spend your money on anything.
