Yes, it does! The Curt Hitch item # C13416 has been confirmed to fit all models of the 2024 Toyota RAV4 including the Prime. This hitch is custom fit and bolts to your Toyota with included hardware. It is a class III hitch with a 2" receiver.
I really like the Curt item # C13416 because the crosstube mounts behind your rear bumper leaving only the 2" receiver visible. This not only looks better but helps with ground clearance.

If you are planning on towing you will also need a wiring harness item # C56434 and a ball mount kit item # C45534.
