Since you have the factory tow package you can use the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness for Factory Tow Package # C68JR. This plugs into the tow package connector behind your rear bumper for a simple installation.
With your 7-way installed you will be ready to add a brake controller. I recommend the Redarc Tow-Pro Liberty # RED24FR. This brake controller is simple and reliable with a small footprint. The main unit installs behind your dash so only the control knob will be visible. The knob controls the braking power and is also the manual override. You will also need the Curt # C77BR along with the Redarc Adapter # 331-TPH-019 for a plug and play installation.
