Will Stromberg Carlson Bumper Mounted Spare Tire Carrier Fit Class A or C Motor Home Wheels
Question:
The description states not for C class tires.. Is that correct? Arent most trailer tires C rated? Also any idea how I determine how much weight my number can carry?

Trailer tires come in various load ranges from B to E in most cases. You might come across an F or G but rarely. But in this case the Class A or C is in reference to Class A or C motor homes. Carrier # TR-1 also will not work with dual rim wheels.
If your bumper is rated to carry weight it should say so in the owners manual. Or you will need to contact the manufacturer. The bumper will need to be 4 inches square for the carrier to fit.
There is also a folding version of this carrier, # TR-2. Either carrier will accept most 5, 6, and 8 lug wheels except Class A or C motor home wheels or dual rim wheels.
