How to Determine if ST215/75R14 is Correct Trailer Spare Tire and Wheel

would this work as a spare for a Colman Lantern 17b travel trailer.

The Karrier ST215/75R14 Radial Trailer Tire with 14" Galvanized Wheel # AM32182 may work as a spare for your Coleman Lantern trailer, but you'll need to check to see what you currently have as we don't have a way to know tire info on just models of trailers.

So to determine if it will work check your current tire's sidewall and see if it is the same size and load range, which is ST215/75R14 and load range C. If those match you can move onto the wheel and you will need to check it's bolt pattern.

I have added a link to a couple help articles on how to determine the bolt pattern of a trailer wheel. If you wind up determining you have a 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern, and your tire size matches, you can use the ST215/75R14 Radial Trailer Tire with 14" Galvanized Wheel # AM32182.
