We have both the 5.3R12 # TT53012C(5.39" x 21.57") and ST145/R12 # AM10130(5.7" x 21.3") which are larger than your current 4.80-12 # TT48012C(4.84" x 20.63") tire on your Karavan 5x8 utility trailer. Unfortuntately I cannot say for sure what size may fit due to clearances you will need to verify as this is not a trailer we have and the manufacturer does not publish the information for us to see.

A Karrier ST175/80R13 Radial Trailer Tire with 13" White Wheel # AM31951(7" x 24.1") is realistically the largest size wheel and tire you should use if you do want to go with a bigger wheel. This tire has a load capacity of 1,360lbs per tire while your trailer is only capable of weighing up to 2,000lbs. Larger tires are going to have a higher load capacity which will cause the trailer to constantly bounce under such stiff tires. As this tire is also 2.16" wider it means you will also need to have atleast 2.08" of sidewall clearance to your frame/suspension without needing some type of spacer to gain the needed clearance.
